Direct answer: CCA is a cold-start power rating measured under a specific standard. A value without its standard is not comparable — a JIS number (tested at −15°C) reads higher than an EN/SAE number (tested at −18°C) for the same physical battery. How to compare two CCA numbers

Compare within one standard: JIS to JIS, EN to EN. To compare across the temperature ladder, convert MCA to CCA by dividing by roughly 1.2–1.25. Always ask "which standard, and at what temperature" — that one question resolves most specification confusion.
